Spinach Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 regular pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    2 eggs
    2 small zucchini, thinly sliced
    1 tomato, thinly sliced
    1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
    6 slices American cheese
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Preheat toaster oven at 350\u00b0 for 2 minutes.
    Layer one half zucchini into bottom of small casserole.
    Cover with one half tomato slices, one half pepper slices and 3 slices cheese.
    Repeat layers.
    Dot surface with butter.
    Cover with aluminum foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes, or until zucchini is tender.
    Serves 6.
