Jalapeno Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 5 medium yellow squash
1 Tbsp. sugar
salt and pepper to taste
10 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
2 jalapenos, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1/4 c. sour cream
Preparation

Cook squash until tender; drain off water.
Stir all ingredients together.
Put into buttered casserole.
Top with bread crumbs and more grated cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Serves 4.
