Cheese Straws - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 oz. Cheddar cheese
    2 c. sifted plain flour
    1/4 lb. butter or margarine, melted
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Sift salt and pepper with flour; fold in butter.
    Let cheese be at room temperature.
    Work cheese until smooth into flour mixture.
    Run through a cookie press or cut in desired lengths. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until they are firm to the touch (so that they are crisp).
