Fudgies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. soy powder, sifted
    1/3 c. skim milk powder
    1/4 c. oil
    1/3 c. honey
    2 Tbsp. hot water
    1/3 c. carob powder, sifted
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2/3 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Combine skim milk powder, soy powder and carob in medium size bowl; add oil and honey.
    Stir in hot water, then nuts and vanilla.
    Form into balls and roll in nuts.
    Can be refrigerated.
