Blueberry Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. tapioca
    3/4 c. honey
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. blueberries
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine tapioca, honey, salt, water, milk, vanilla, flour, baking powder and 3 tablespoon butter in a saucepan.
    Cook until mixture boils.
    Stir constantly.
    Add lemon juice, blueberries and 1 tablespoon of butter.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
    Ladle into sherbet glasses.
    Cool and serve.
