Barbecued Spareribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. spareribs
1 medium onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 lb. prepared mustard
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 tsp. salt
dash of cayenne
1 to 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
-
Wipe spareribs with damp cloth.
Cut into serving size pieces. Place in shallow baking pan.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
