Oven Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. cubed stew meat
    3 - 4 potatoes cut into chunks
    3 carrots sliced into coins
    1 large or 2 small onion, cut in quarters
    1 can tomato soup
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 c. frozen peas
Preparation
    Place meat (don't brown) on bottom of large casserole dish. Add potatoes, carrots, onions, peas, stir in salt and pepper. Cover with tomato soup.
    Bake covered 250 for 7 hours.
    Works well in crock pot also, low temp for 8 - 10 hours.
