Pork 'N Kraut(Crockery Cooking) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pork roast (whatever)
    1 small can sauerkraut
    1/2 head shredded cabbage
    2 red apples, quartered
    1 c. water
    juice from can of kraut
    1 medium onion, quartered
    1 Tbsp. caraway seed
Preparation
    Boil pork for 1/2 hour.
    Put apples and rest of ingredients in crock-pot.
    Stir.
    Cut pork into serving size pieces and add to pot.
    Turn on low and cook for 6 to 8 hours (until pork is tender).
