Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter
1 stick margarine
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. water
1 1/2 c. dry roasted peanuts
Preparation

Melt and stir the first 4 ingredients until the right color (golden brown), about 15 minutes.
Pour on cookie sheet that has foil and peanuts on it.
Break up after cool.
