Italian Chicken With Garlic And Lemon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    1 c. vegetable oil (for frying)
    3 cloves garlic, crushed
    1/2 onion, minced
    salt and pepper to taste
    4 large potatoes, quartered
    2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    1 1/2 fresh lemons, squeezed
    1 1/2 tsp. dried parsley
    1 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Arrange chicken in ovenproof pan. In a large skillet, fry the potatoes until golden brown. Save a half cup of frying oil to add to vinegar mixture. Arrange around chicken in pan. Combine all ingredients, including reserved frying oil. Pour over chicken and potatoes. Bake, covered, 1 1/2 hours, basting ever so often with the sauce mixture.
