Garlic Linguini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. linguini
2 whole boned and skinned chicken breasts
1 small onion chopped
4 cloves garlic minced
1/2 tsp. dried basil
2 Tbsp. butter
1 medium zucchini sliced
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (16 oz.) can chicken broth or save broth from chicken
chicken base (optional)
Preparation

Cook breast in boiling water until tender.
Save broth and cut chicken into bite size pieces, set aside.
Cook linguini by package directions, drain and set aside.
Place the butter, spices, vegetables and chicken into a skillet and saute.
After vegetables are crisp tender, add the broth and heat.
Add the drained linguini to the vegetable mix and stir.
