No Crust Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 1/2 oz.) can pineapple
    8 oz. cottage cheese
    1 pkg. Knox unflavored gelatine
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. sugar
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Drain crushed pineapple and save about 1/4 cup of the juice. Blend in blender, pineapple juice, lemon juice, egg, vanilla, sugar and gelatine.
    Blend well.
    Add cottage cheese a little at a time until all is added.
    Blend well until mixture is smooth. Pour into a baking dish.
    Put pineapple on top and sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Chill well and cut and serve.
