Whole Wheat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. yogurt
    2/3 c. warm milk
    1/3 c. honey
    1/3 c. oil
    2 c. whole wheat flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    raisins (optional)
    chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, yogurt and milk.
    Beat thoroughly with a wooden spoon. Add the honey and oil.
    Add the dry ingredients and blend thoroughly.
    Pour into greased muffin tins.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Makes 12 large muffins.
