Cranberry Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. fresh or frozen cranberries, halved
3/4 c. sugar
3 c. miniature marshmallows
2 c. chopped apples
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
1 c. halved, seedless grapes
1 c. whipping cream, stiffly beaten
Preparation

In a large mixing bowl, combine cranberries and sugar; let stand 30 minutes.
Add next 5 ingredients and mix well.
Gently fold in the whipped cream.
Chill before serving.
Yields 10 to 12 servings.
