Roasted Chicken With Herbs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

boneless chicken breasts
2 Tbsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. oregano
2 large cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 tsp. marjoram
1/2 tsp. basil leaves
Preparation

Heat margarine and oil in rectangular pan in a 375\u00b0 oven until margarine is melted.
Stir in remaining ingredients, except chicken.
Place chicken, skin side up, in pan.
Coat with mixture. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes, or until done.
