Easy Salmon Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 (1 lb.) can flaked salmon, drained (liquid reserved)
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Add salt, pepper and
    mustard.
    Mix well.
    Add bread crumbs and stir until butter mixture is absorbed.
    Add milk, eggs and liquid from salmon.
    Add salmon and mix well.
    Pour into a well-greased 2-quart baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until firm and brown.
    Yields 6 servings.
