Pecan Cracker Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1 c. sugar
    11 saltine crackers
    1 c. pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until real stiff.
    Add sugar and beat real good.
    Add 1 teaspoon baking powder and vanilla.
    Roll crackers on cloth until really fine. Pour all in bowl and mix real good. Add pecans. Pour in pie pan and bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
