Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. self-rising flour
3/4 c. Crisco
3/4 c. milk or buttermilk (if you prefer)
Preparation

Cut shortening into flour.
(It's better if the shortening is worked into flour with one's fingers.)
Add milk, working into a soft dough. Biscuits may be rolled or \"pinched off\" as I do.
