Ground Meat And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    1/2 c. celery
    3 to 4 c. water
    1 to 2 bouillon cubes
    1 small can mushrooms, drained
    1/2 c. onion
    1/2 c. bell pepper
    1 1/2 to 2 c. rice
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown ground meat until all pink color is gone.
    Add the onions, celery and bell pepper.
    Stir to mix and saute vegetables a little.
    Add the water and bouillon cubes.
    Simmer about 30 minutes.
    Add the rice and mushrooms, simmer until rice is done.
