Cajun Hot Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 fryer
1 1/2 c. flour
2 Tbsp. white pepper
2 Tbsp. black pepper
1/2 c. Louisiana hot sauce
2 c. red wine
4 Tbsp. parsley flakes
3 Tbsp. salt
2 Tbsp. chili powder
Preparation

Cut up chicken.
In large bowl, combine hot sauce and wine. Marinate chicken pieces 3 to 4 hours in refrigerator.
Combine dry ingredients in bag.
Heat 2 cups of oil in large frying pan.
Take chicken and coat with flour mixture.
You can double coating by dredging back in liquids mix and then going back to flour.
