Holiday Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
6 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. lemon rind
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 lb. or 1 c. candied pineapple
1/4 lb. or 1/2 c. candied red cherries
1/4 lb. or 1/2 c. candied green cherries
1 c. pecans
1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Cream butter, sugar and eggs, 1 at a time, then add flour. Stir in vanilla.
Combine fruits and nuts in 2 tablespoons flour. Stir into batter.
Pour batter in a 10-inch tube or Bundt pan, sprayed with Pam.
Cook at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Cool for 10 minutes.
