Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. chopped pecans
    2/3 c. water
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. canned pumpkin
    1 1/2 c. oil
    candied fruit to taste
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients; add nuts and fruit and mix well.
    Combine beaten eggs with pumpkin, oil and water.
    Pour into dry ingredients and blend until just mixed.
    Pour into 2 large greased and floured loaf pans to bake.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until loaves pull away from sides of pans.
    If batch is doubled, use a 29-ounce can of pumpkin and 1/4 cup more of flour.
