Broccoli-Corn Scallops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. finely crushed whole wheat crackers
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. minced dried onion
    16 oz. can cream-style corn
    8 oz. can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 Tbsp. butter or oleo, melted
Preparation
    Cook broccoli according to package directions.
    Drain well. Spread broccoli over bottom of a 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish.
    In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, 1/2 cup crushed crackers, milk and onion.
    Stir in both corns.
    Spread mixture over broccoli. Combine remaining crackers and butter; sprinkle on top of vegetables.
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
    Makes 8 servings.
