Tofu Spinach Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. tofu
    1/2 tsp. sea salt
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 can spinach, well drained
    1 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Mix well and place in a shallow baking dish.
    Top with Pimento \"Cheese\" Spread (see recipe).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Good cold also.
