Diet Vegetable Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cottage cheese (low-fat)
2 Tbsp. skim milk
2 Tbsp. sour cream
1/2 tsp. grated onions
2 tsp. lemon juice
garlic powder
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of sweetener
Preparation

Blend all in blender until smooth.
Makes 2 cups basic dip.
