Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
2 beaten eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. diced apples
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Put oil in bowl.
Stir in sugar, eggs, vanilla and apples. Sift dry ingredients and stir in nuts.
Combine flour mixture with oil mixture.
Stir.
Pour into greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
Pour icing over hot cake.
