Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 egg, beaten
    2 c. rhubarb, cut into small pieces
Preparation
    Line an 8-inch pie plate with pastry.
    Sift sugar and flour together and combine with beaten egg.
    Stir rhubarb into mixture. Pour into pastry lined plate.
    Cover with top crust or lattice crust.
    Trim and seal.
    Bake in a hot oven at 400\u00b0 for about 35 minutes.
