Frozen Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cans crushed pineapple
    2 c. fresh white grapes, halved
    30 quartered marshmallows
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    2 c. pecans
    3 c. mayonnaise
    2 c. sliced peaches
    1 1/2 c. maraschino cherries (optional)
    2 Tbsp. crystallized ginger
    1/4 c. cold water
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    2 qt. (10 pkg.) dessert topping
Preparation
    Drain all fruit.
    Whip the topping and mix all ingredients together.
    Put in pans or molds and freeze.
    Serves 25.
