Syrian Cheese (Joban) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gallon milk (2% or whole)
    2 rennet tablets, crushed with milk or rennet liquid (22 drops)
Preparation
    Heat milk until lukewarm.
    Stir.
    Press down on milk.
    Let set. Drain liquid.
    Make patties with hands.
    Salt lightly each pattie of cheese.
    Refrigerate.
