Oven Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat
    3 c. chopped potatoes
    1 c. chopped carrots
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 can green beans, drained
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can water
    1 bay leaf
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in a Dutch oven (or heavy pan, covered) and cook 5 hours in oven at 250\u00b0.
