Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
1 tsp. seasoned salt
2 c. finely chopped pecans
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except 1 cup nuts.
Form ball.
(I put this in the freezer for a few minutes so that it will be easier to put in the shape of a ball.)
Roll the ball in the remaining nuts.
