Low-Fat Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. canola oil, divided
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. 2% milk
Preparation
    Mix half of oil with dry ingredients until it resembles cornmeal.
    Add rest of oil and mix until size of peas.
    Add vinegar and milk and mix into dough.
    Roll out between two pieces of waxed paper.
    Makes two pie shells.
    Bake in preheated 450\u00b0 oven for 12 to 14 minutes.
