Amish Cabbage Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium green cabbage, finely chopped
    2 carrots, chopped
    1 green bell pepper, chopped
    2/3 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In a large bowl combine first three ingredients.
    In a small bowl combine rest of ingredients to make dressing.
    Pour dressing over vegetables.
    Toss until well coated.
    Cover and chill at least 1 hour before serving.
