Sesame-Vegetable Lo Mein - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (7 oz) pkg vermicelli
3 Tbsp dark sesame oil, divided
2 c fresh sugar snap peas or snow pea pods
2 c broccoli florets
1 large red bell pepper, cut into strips
2 carrots, shredded
4 green onions, diagonally sliced
2 garlic gloves, pressed
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
1/4 tsp dried crushed red pepper
1/4 c soy sauce
1 Tbsp water
1 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds (optional)
Preparation

Prepare pasta according to package directions. Heat 2 Tbsp oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat 1 minute or until hot. Add peas and next 7 ingredients, and stir-fry 5 to 7 minutes or until crisp and tender.
