Creamy Chocolate Frosting(Makes Your Cupcakes Look Store Bought) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. butter
    3/4 c. cocoa
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
    6 3/4 c. confectioners sugar, sifted
Preparation
    Combine butter, cocoa and milk in a small saucepan; cook over low heat, stirring constantly until butter melts.
    Remove from heat and add salt and vanilla.
    Gradually add powdered sugar a cup at a time, beating at high speed on an electric mixer until thick enough to spread, adding additional milk if necessary.
    I use this for my cupcakes because you can swirl them and they look perfect. If it starts getting a little hard to swirl, heat on low heat.
