Cheese Danish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg, separated
2 (8 oz.) cans crescent rolls
1 tsp. water
1/2 c. almonds
Preparation

Place one can of rolls in 9 x 13-inch pan, sealing perforations.
Combine cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, vanilla and egg yolk.
Cream together.
Spread over rolls.
Place second tube of rolls on top, sealing perforations.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Cool for 20 minutes in pan.
Brush with egg white and water; sprinkle almonds on top.
