Sunday Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    6 slices bread, buttered and cubed
    5 eggs, beaten
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Brown sausage and drain; set aside.
    In a 9 x 13-inch dish, put the buttered bread cubes, top with the sausage, then cheese.
    Beat the eggs, add milk, dry mustard and salt.
    Mix well and pour over the sausage mixture.
    Can be made the night before.
    Keep in icebox, then bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
