Cajun Chinese Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 c. cooked rice
1 lb. beef
1 lb. pork
1 c. cooking oil
1 bell pepper
1 tsp. Cajun seasoning
garlic powder
1 Tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet
soy sauce
Preparation

Rice should be cooked, but not mushy.
Let cool.
Cut meat into strips 1/2 inch wide and 1 inch long.
You may also use chicken cubes if you would like.
Fry meat until tender; pour off grease. Add bell pepper, cut in half and sliced.
Stir-fry until tender but not mushy.
Add to rice.
Stir in Kitchen Bouquet and soy sauce until color is brown.
Add Cajun seasoning and garlic powder to taste.
Serve in large servings.
