Golden Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. medium mushrooms
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. dried marjoram
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
    1/8 to 1/4 tsp. turmeric
Preparation
    Cut stems from mushrooms; finely chop enough stems to measure 1/2 cup.
    Mix chopped stems, onions, celery and margarine in 1-quart casserole.
    Cook, uncovered, on High until onion is tender (2 to 3 minutes).
    Stir in bread crumbs, lemon pepper, marjoram and turmeric.
