Aunt Carol'S Beef And Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    rolled rump roast
    3 eggs
    2 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. salt
    water to mix, if too dry
Preparation
    Brown roast well.
    Add enough water to make broth for noodles. Mix eggs, flour and salt.
    Add water to mix if needed.
    Turn out onto heavily floured surface.
    Roll out thin, let dry and cut into noodles.
    Drop into boiling broth after removing roast.
    Cook until done.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Serves 4 to 6.
