Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 small green pepper
    1 bay leaf, crushed
    1 tsp. parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    2 c. water
    2 c. cooked shrimp
Preparation
    Cook and stir onion in margarine in 2-quart saucepan.
    Stir in remaining ingredients except shrimp.
    Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, about 30 minutes.
    Stir in shrimp.
    Serve over rice.
