Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. crab meat
    2 slices white bread with crusts removed, chopped
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    dash of Tabasco sauce
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    juice from 1 lemon
    oil for frying
Preparation
    Gently mix all ingredients and shape into 8 large crab cakes. Fry cakes in oil for 5 minutes on each side or until brown. Serves 4.
