Pasta Bolognese(Kids In The Kitchen) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped carrot
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes or tomato puree
    1 tsp. dried basil leaves
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano
    1/2 lb. ground sirloin or ground beef
    1 lb. spaghetti or ziti, cooked according to pkg. directions
Preparation
    Heat oil in a large skillet. Add onion, carrots and celery. Saute over low-medium heat, stirring frequently, about 10 minutes. Stir in garlic. Saute 2 minutes more.
    Add tomato sauce to skillet. Add basil and oregano. Stir.
    Cook, covered, on medium-low heat for about 10 minutes.
