Caraway Puffs - cooking recipe

1 pkg. active dry yeast
1 1/3 c. sifted flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 c. cottage cheese (cream-style)
1/4 c. water
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
2 tsp. caraway seed
2 tsp. grated onion
1 c. flour
Preparation

In bowl, combine yeast, flour and baking soda.
Heat together cottage cheese, water, sugar, butter and salt.
Add egg, 2 teaspoons caraway seed and onion.
Add this mixture to dry mixture at high speed.
Stir in 1 cup more flour.
Place in greased bowl, turning once.
Cover; let rise until doubled (about 1 1/2 hours). Divide among 12 well-greased muffin pans.
Cover; let rise about 40 minutes.
When fingers are pressed lightly into dough and dents remain, dough is ready.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
