Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

1 lb. cream cheese
4 eggs
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. almond extract
Preparation

Butter and flour 9-inch Pyrex pie plate.
Cream the cheese. Add 1 egg at a time; beat after each egg until lemon color; add sugar and almond extract.
Bake 50 minutes at 325\u00b0.
Let cool on rack for 15 minutes.
