Hash Brown Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. grated American cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 small onion, chopped
    chopped green pepper (optional)
    1 (32 oz.) pkg. hash brown potatoes, slightly thawed
    1 stick margarine, melted and halved
    2 c. corn flakes, crushed
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix together soup, sour cream, cheese, salt, onion, green pepper and potatoes.
    In baking dish, put 1/2 stick melted margarine, then pour in potato and soup mixture.
    Top with corn flakes.
    Pour 1/2 stick melted margarine on top of corn flakes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
