90 Minute Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 2 1/2 c. unsifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. water
Preparation

Mix 3/4 cup flour, sugar, salt and undissolved yeast.
Heat milk, water and margarine to 120\u00b0 to 130\u00b0.
Gradually add to dry ingredients and beat 2 minutes at medium speed.
Stir in enough additional flour to make soft dough.
Knead dough 2 to 3 minutes. Divide into 12 equal parts.
Shape into balls.
Place in greased 8-inch round pan.
Pour 1 inch boiling water into a large pan on bottom rack of oven.
Set rolls on rack above water.
Cover and close oven door.
Let rise for 30 minutes.
Uncover rolls, remove water.
Turn oven to 375\u00b0.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until done.
