Hot Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. warm water
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. shortening
    6 to 8 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    5 to 6 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water; combine with remaining ingredients. Place in large bowl; set in warm place to rise until double in bulk. Punch down; knead for a few minutes. Pinch off and form into rolls.
    Let rise again, then bake for 5 minutes in 400\u00b0 oven, then reduce to 350\u00b0 and finish baking.
