Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cooked squash, drained
    2 medium grated carrots
    1 medium chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 small jar drained and chopped pimentos
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Melt margarine in saucepan.
    Add stuffing; mix until stuffing is coated with margarine.
    Put a thick layer of the mixture in casserole dish, saving some for the top.
    Mix thoroughly the first 6 ingredients.
    Pour on top of first layer.
    Put the rest of the stuffing mixture on top; bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes, or until bubbling and brown.
