Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts or 6 to 8 pieces of legs or thighs
    1 c. long grain rice (do not use Minute rice)
    1 c. mushroom soup
    1 c. water
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
Preparation
    Grease pan.
    Pour rice over bottom of pan.
    Place chicken, skin side up, over rice.
    Mix mushroom soup with water; pour over chicken.
    Sprinkle onion soup mix.
    Cover tightly with foil.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 hours.
